Tony became Executive Director at Rose Garden Residential Care in May 2018. He comes with many years of experience and has managed several communities including Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities of all sizes.

Michelle has been working for Rose Garden since 2002, started out as a caregiver then went to overseeing all the caregivers on duty. Since then she has been certified as a med-tech, and Activity Director in 2010 and as of 2015 she is now the Assistant Executive Director where she talks with families, works with employees to make sure all residents receive the care they need, handles admissions, billing, payroll and hiring staff.
Karem has been an LVN since 2012 and started her position as Wellness Director at Rose Garden in 2017. As Wellness Director, Karem is responsible for overseeing our entire care department including LVN’s, Med Techs and caregivers. Karem and her team are dedicated to providing Quality Care to each of our residents while ensuring Rose Garden Residential Care remains a safe and welcoming community.
Vanary started with the company in 2012, bringing her talented tasteful skills to the kitchen. Keeping Rose Garden dietary aids in compliance under title 22. Preparing the best meals, from regular diets to mechanical soft, puree diets, and diabetic diets- (with Dr. Orders).
As part of the Rose Garden Team, she works with the nurses and activities to help keep our residents hydrated, and full of nutrition makes and bakes for all resident parties, holiday events (etc.).
Justina joined the Rose Garden team in 2015. Her Activities Director experience spans 9 years and includes work in Memory Care communities as well as Psychiatric hospitals.
“I do believe in enhancing the quality of life for our residents here at Rose Garden. Memory Care can be challenging but that’s what makes it so rewarding.”
Miguel started with Rose Garden Residential Care early 2018 as a janitor and quickly rose the ranks to become Maintenance Director overseeing all plant maintenance in addition to the laundry/housekeeping departments. He has over 20 years of experience, most in the senior housing industry, that also includes coaching a volleyball team, saving lives as part of a disaster rescue team and serving as a church leader to inspire and guide people of all ages.
