Delcie Mucha
Wellness Director

Delcie joined Rose Garden Residential Care in early 2020 as our Wellness Director. She comes with years of experience as an LVN serving the Alzheimer’s/dementia community and is responsible for supporting our talented caregiving team.

Delcie brings the passion and compassion that’s required to keep your loved ones healthy, safe and secure.

Executive Chef

Vanary started with the company in 2012, bringing her talented tasteful skills to the kitchen. Keeping Rose Garden dietary aids in compliance under title 22. Preparing the best meals, from regular diets to mechanical soft, puree diets, and diabetic diets- (with Dr. Orders).
As part of the Rose Garden Team, she works with the nurses and activities to help keep our residents hydrated, and full of nutrition makes and bakes for all resident parties, holiday events (etc.).

Maribel Echeverria

Business Office Director

Maribel joined our Administration team in 2020 as Business Office Director. With years of customer service and resident care experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to this role. Maribel is an asset to our community and we’re proud to have her on our team.

Miguel Moreno
Miguel Moreno
Maintenance Director

Miguel started with Rose Garden Residential Care early 2018 as a janitor and quickly rose the ranks to become Maintenance Director overseeing all plant maintenance in addition to the laundry/housekeeping departments. He has over 20 years of experience, most in the senior housing industry, that also includes coaching a volleyball team, saving lives as part of a disaster rescue team and serving as a church leader to inspire and guide people of all ages.

“We work to earn a living, but if we don’t have the heart to work with the elderly, we cannot succeed and therefore, be present, in a place like Rose Garden Residential Care”.
